The motor is quieter than a regular hair dryer and has adjustable suction levels. Most pets get used to it very quickly if you start on the lowest setting and let them sniff the tools first. We recommend turning it on away from your pet, then slowly bringing it closer while rewarding them with treats.
Yes. The deshedding brush and comb are designed for double coats, heavy shedders and long-haired pets. It works on dogs and cats of all sizes — from short-haired breeds to fluffy huskies and ragdoll cats — pulling loose undercoat straight into the vacuum instead of onto your floors.
The 2.3L dust cup captures almost all loose fur while you brush or trim, so there is very little left to sweep. Most owners only need to empty the canister after several full grooming sessions, depending on pet size and shedding. The cup disconnects in one click and can be emptied and reattached in seconds.
The kit includes a slicker brush, deshedding comb, clippers with 4 guard lengths, a fabric/sofa nozzle and a flexible hose. The clipper guards help you keep a safe, even length without cutting too short. Always move slowly in the direction of hair growth and avoid using clippers on sensitive areas such as ears, eyes and paws.
The grooming vacuum is designed for dry or slightly damp fur — never use it on fully wet pets or in the bath. To maintain suction, empty the cup regularly and clean the internal filters with a dry brush or by rinsing them under lukewarm water. Let all parts dry completely before the next use.
